This adds the oxcaml_supported predicate.
It pretends to be 5.2 but uses the new API to reify bytecode
The primitive caml_alloc_dummy_mixed is used in this case.
Add primitive caml_with_async_exns.
They are actually implemented as arrays of boxed numbers.
The OxCaml tests are using libraries stdlib_stable and stdlib_upstream_compatible which are only provided by OxCaml.
This is not supported by Oxcaml at the moment
